Aubrey is originally from San Angelo, Texas but now resides in Grapevine, Texas where is is married to wife Celeste and has two daughters, Miranda and Lauren.
Aubrey played bass in his first band, "Thrust", and toured around Texas in the late 70s with Hatchett Talent out of Austin, Texas. All original band "Steel City" played the West Texas circuit in the early 80s. Aubrey still occasionally sings for San Angelo based band "The Front" who continues to perform music from the hair bands of the 80s and 90s in the San Angelo area.
Excited to be reunited with previous members of the band "Providence" and with the addition of Mark Honts on drums, Aubrey has new focus on the original material that will soon be released on the Providence album PHOENIX which the band now performs live in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
Mark “Frodo” Honts is originally from Fort Worth, Texas and has been playing drums and percussion since the mid 70’s. He has toured around Texas and the US playing Rock, Blues and Country. Mark currently lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife, Carolyn and cat, Taz.
Mark toured with several bands in the 80’s around the Midwest and the East Coast opening for bands like Jim Dandy and REO Speedwagon. In the nineties, Mark played in the house band at Reunion Tower in Dallas, Texas with Jack Germany and The Dal-Tones. Mark has also played with The Shaun Outen Band opening for bands such as Madison Rising and recently toured briefly with T.J. Broscoff in the Red Dirt scene.
Once a hired gun for so many years, Mark has settled into his roots of Rock and Roll where he began. Concentrating on the Providence project, he is able to draw upon the many styles, genres and influences that he has been exposed to for the last 40 plus years to add the driving groove and pulsating rhythms to the Hard Rock original tunes of Providence.
Scott is an experienced entertainer that really loves being on stage. Entertaining Rock is what it's all about.
From San Angelo to D/FW Scott has played in several different bands. San Angelo's own: THE FRONT and SPARTA was the beginning of it all. Playing bass and keyboards in both bands touring from San Angelo to Temple and relocating to Nashville with high hopes. Moving on to D/FW: TIN HEART, FIASCO, VINJANCE are all apart of Scott's musical history.
Forming a new high energy act with previous members from VinJance (Dave Sheppard), The Front and Fiasco (Aubrey Stewart), Providence is an act to be reckoned with.
DAVEO SHEPPARD is from Ft. Worth Texas and lives in Arlington, Texas with his wife Cindy at Sheppard House and is a founding member of PROVIDENCE. Sheppard House has been home, over the last two decades, to many people down on their luck or even up on their luck and needing the support of a great lady like Cindy and the rest of the family.
Daveo has played in bands since an early age and has been seen playing mostly guitar but has worked in bands on keyboards and bass as well. He has shared the stage with many great local musicians you all know and love. Many agents have actively promoted his numerous bands sending them to several different states to perform.
Daveo is a current member of many local acts and is proud to help the PHOENIX RISE once again.
